Saw a Tahoe we were interested in on their website. Inquired online and within an hour had received a call to assure us it was still available. The next morning I made an appointment to go view the Tahoe and was connected with Andy. Andy was outside waiting for us when we pulled up and had the Tahoe up front and ready for us to view. He made the whole process of trading and walking out the door with a new to us vehicle painless and he is very knowledgeable. Def go see Andy!

I went to Stingray Chevrolet in Bartow for an oil change. My car was taken in right away and an hour later I was on my way home. Everyone I had contact with was polite and professional. I will continue to use their services without hesitation. I would recommend the service department to others.

We seen a truck on social media and messaged the dealer for more information. Within a few minutes we heard back from them. They even provided us with an out the door price via email. We ended up purchasing the truck and had the best experience (and we have bought a lot of vehicles throughout the years). Our salesman, Tanner, was very knowledgeable and took us step-by-step through the process. Tanner went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We also met with the manager and he answered all our questions. NO PRESSURE at all which we so appreciated. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

Ramona = GOAT!! This was a good experience because I found the one person in Polk county that was willing to answer all my questions and fully explain the lease structure and financial calculations. I'm not even thrilled with the deal I got, to be honest. I'm just pleased with the customer service from Ramona. I bought a basic car that I could've gotten at many different dealerships but Stingray provided the most transparency which made me feel confident in the financial commitment. Thank you Ramona! FYI - She works in some sort of back-office sales role and followed up with me after a test drive. I never even got the pleasure of meeting her in-person, but she's hilarious.
