I came in on Friday due to a break re-call on my 2017. While there I asked them to fix my high beams. I bought my truck from Bartow Stingray already lifted and it was calibrated and the high beams were off. I explained they I’ve never been able to use the high beams. They fixed them and charged me $37 and new I was there shopping for a new 2019. This is something that should have been fixed at the time of the purchase. I’m not happy that while it was there being serviced that they couldn’t make this corrective action, plus knowing I was about to purchase a new truck. Since then, I decided against a new purchase at Bartow.

My service person was very friendly, but it took 3 calls (two with no answer) and holding 20 mins to find out what was going on with my vehicle 5 hours into the appointment. My previous service person (Ryan) would check in multiple times to let me know they were still working on it and when to expect info on what was found. Several things were being checked on my car along with an oil change and tire rotation. The service person who took my phone call (not my service person) was very rude and acted like he was doing me a favor. No one went over what was wrong with my vehicle once it was done. I just received an automated call that my car was ready. I supposedly need a new transmission, but was just told that when I spoke to the rude guy. Nothing on what the tests came back with. My invoice just states needs to tear down to diagnose issue. I would not trust that serious of a repair to a service department that takes 3 to 4 hours (with and appointment) every time I get my oil changed. There has been a change in staff and procedures with scheduling. I've noticed new automated calls before and after the appointment. Clearly something is going on to try to improve the service experience, but it's not for the better as of yet.

Brought car in 10/7 . Told needed multifunction power supply convertor. Replaced on 10/10 . 1/2 hr later car was showing same as before steering assist reduced . Check engine light back on. Same 2 reports from onstar. Vehicle driving the same again . Have had issues where I would need to bring the car again due to not being fixed correctly 2 times . Previously was charged for a repair that was covered.. Now I'm having to bring back the car on Monday once again.
