Kenny Lopez salesman was amazing salesman but other factors beyond his control it was almost 5pm when we left we came in @1:30pm after halfway through paperwork he ask for the car to be cleaned up....he went to check a little later the car had not been touch they took a box truck 1st that was to be done after ....he got them going we drove 2 hours there and home so we didn't like being delayed Love the car though.. I had scheduled an oil change for 7:30am. I arrived at the service center and was immediately greeted. The service writer knew me and let me know there was coffee and bottled water. Service was completed very happy with the experience.

Everything was going well until it was time to check out, I was charged for oil change my truck is under free oil change service. When I asked them to change the charge on invoice they gave me attitude and was charge $7.94 to correct and error that was done on your/dealership part. Dealership mistake

From the time I called the service department and spoke with Amber I have had the best experience ever in any dealership ever. When I pulled up it was like the service department was waiting on me . And Amber has a amazing personality and a great attitude she is definitely the person for that position. And I will definitely be bringing my two vehicles to Stingray Chevrolet . I also must say the whole sale staff from sales to financing is a wonderful team.

We took my truck up there a month ago and I had to beg them for help pretty much everyday with no call backs or updates. I was getting different information from different people one told me the part will be there in 3-5 b days and then called back on the 5th day and they told me no part was available then a month goes by still unable to find the part or provide us with a rental car. They refused to stay on the phone with my warranty people claiming they didn’t have time to do that. I went in there after that month and asked to finally speak with a manager and they magically found the part and was able to get a rental a month without having any vehicle. No apology and no sympathy it was some of the worst experience I’ve had with any company..If I never asked to speak to a manager they might have never even looked for the part

The experience @ bartow Stingray Chevy was exceptional. So far the Traverse is an exceptional vehicle. LOVE IT. It's roomy, super ride, and has a sleek modern appearance. I love the android integration with the touch panel and all the amenities. It’s a great family vehicle, that fuel efficient, affordable and fun to drive.. Since it’s made in USA, its cheaper and easy to service, economical to repair.. i looked at foreign cars too and the pricing was ridiculous and the quality of the chevy was just as good or better IMO a much better value. I prefer to buy from an american company , i really don't understand folks going out of there way to buy foreign. it makes no sense, when we make some of the best vehicles here in the USA. The LS has everything you need, it's an excellent value. Cami was the best.. when we come back will be working with her for sure. Straight forward, honest, extremely responsive, and just a really nice person. Made us feel like family.. My only concern was the light interior, I live on a ranch. So I am buying the factory rubber mats for the floor and going to buy some economical simulated leather dark seat covers off amazon. They got good reviews and design for all 3 rows.. two seats up front and two benches.. hopefully they work out.. I want to keep it nice. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09VDCM33L/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1GVYA97OZ2OGO&psc=1 I was considering dodge Durango, but this was $4000 cheaper comparing base models and the Durango hasn’t changed much since 2012 and they are getting rid of a lot of the models. Might need another chevy for my kids at some point.. will keep you in mind. we also own a 2022 Buick Enclave LT with leather and it's a great vehicle too.. zero problems.
