No pressure to buy from Rick; we appreciate not being pressured to buy. Rick was great overall. However, he told us that the vehicle was $18,000 while test driving even after asking to confirm it was $18K; not $18K-plus. Didn’t find out that it was another $1,000 ($18,000) until paperwork. Being upfront scores more trust. That eroded confidence and trust a bit. We were texted that our car was ready and when we arrived, it was our trade in that was ready. We were given a rental vehicle, but I had to ask for it. Overall though, a pretty good experience. I am sure dealing with customers is not all that fun sometimes either. Thank you!
I am asking please to remove the Trax I have not had it since August of 2018. Also please do not send me anymore reminders period. I have chosen to work with another dealership that treats people with respect and not talk down to them because they feel that they can. I cannot believe how I was treated after leasing 2 vehicles and purchasing the Sonic. Very upset over the whole situation.
