Things were finally taken care of. The individuals I associated with on my last visitwhere courteous and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied with the work and my visit. Thanks to both Amber and Mike.
I didn���t feel comfortable when presenting my Chevrolet Certified Service Coupon Offer I received in my email to the service representative that helped me. I presented the coupon from my phone as the email stated to do. The initial and current representative asked billing representative/coworker for the coupon to be verified. The billing representative was new and asked for help to another Service Representative who told my initial and still current service representative to proceed with applying the Email Chevrolet Offer because they didn���t need to verify it. The representative then replied with ���I know we don���t have to verify this coupon I just wanted to make sure we were still honoring the coupon���. I seem to always have this same encounter when I present any Chevrolet Email Coupon/Offer with this same individual. It makes be feel bad and doubtful even presenting a coupon I was given by Chevrolet Certified Service for my continued service and loyalty. The other representative is always great and very respectful! Overall, my services to my 1500 Silverado were great, good job crew! Only down side was dealing with the unnecessary time, having to go through a total of 3 people with my phone for an unnecessary verification for the coupon/discount I was trying to apply. It made me feel uncomfortable walking up with my phone to continuously show the email that stated to simply show my service advisor to have the offer applied. I���m trusted to leave my truck to be serviced but can���t be trusted when presenting an a Chevrolet Certified Service Email Coupon/Offer. It wouldn���t be a big deal if it were truly a one time encounter with having to present any from of coupon/offer to this same individual who has helped me previously.
The entire service department was incompetent and unprofessional. Not only did they take 30+ days to service my vehicle but would not take my call when I would call for updates. I would call Robert Hunt and leave messages and he would never return my call. It came to the point where I had to ask the receptionist if someone was even working in the service department. When I asked for the owners name and phone number they stated they did not have it. I had to reach out to GM directly to try and get my service moving and they were absolutely no help either. On the day my vehicle was finally ready I went to pick up my vehicle it was full of dust,debris, and dead bugs. I am truly disgusted with GM/Chevrolet and especially with Bartow Chevrolet. I will never do business with this company again and I will make sure no one close to me does either.
