Keep an eye out for these tire warning signs — and if you spot any of them, be sure to seek out service right away at Stingray Chevrolet Bartow.
Your tires are always low: Properly inflated tires help your vehicle perform safely and efficiently. Do your tires go flat or need to be refilled frequently? This could be a sign of a leak or other damage that needs to be repaired.
Your tires are worn: Over time, all tires wear out. Worn tire treads don’t grip the pavement as well, which has a negative effect on your vehicle’s performance. Sometimes, because of poor alignment or other issues, tires can also wear unevenly — reducing their lifespan and reducing your vehicle’s safety and efficiency.
Your tires vibrate: If you feel vibrations while you drive, this is a warning sign that something is wrong. It could be caused by tire wear, misaligned or bent wheels, or another serious issue.
Your tires look damaged: If you observe cracks, cuts, bulges, or any other damage to a tire’s sidewalls, it’s time to have a replacement installed. These types of damage can compromise a tire’s structural integrity and put you at risk for a blowout.
