i was disappointed that you now charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. I should have been informed of this new policy prior to arriving at my service appointment so I could arrange another form of payment. Both the fee and not telling people about ahead of time is bad for business. If not for that, you guys would have gotten 5 stars.
