Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my Silverado in for a Transmission issue and it took 2 weeks to be "repaired". When it was finished, I picked it up and on the way home, the same problem occurred. When I wanted to bring it back 2 weeks later due to my being out of town, i was told that the tech was on vacation and had to wait a week. The Service Advisor, Mark, has no customer service skills at all and was rude on the phone. He was rude at times and acts like he hates his job. I have already spoken with the Service Dept Manager about this.
