Rob Hunt and Ryan (shop foreman) went above and beyond to fix my new Camaro with some speaker issues that my car was having. My car was in the shop at another dealership and was not fixed. I decided to go to Bartow Stingray and Rob Hunt had Ryan came out and listened to the issue. He took apart my car and found the issue, ordered the parts and fixed the issue. There is a lot more to this story before I came in contact with Rob but I will spare you the details. The only thing I am extremely pleased is that Rob's and Ryan's goal was to make me a happy customer by fixing my car. Thank you so much for everything. I even brought the guys in donuts today to show them how thankful I am. I will be coming to see Rob anytime I have any work done on my new Camaro and I will never have to worry if it will be done right or not.
Had my wife to the car in due to the battery going bad. Day prior the battery died on her and I had to leave work and jump her off. I was unable to take the vehicle in for her. When she got there she waited for a while before they took it back. Once they took the car back they returned and told her the battery was fine. She called me and I spoke to the person there and told them what happen. I was told the battery checked out good. I asked that they have it rechecked, leave the doors open with the dome light on for at least 5 min. After doing so they found the battery to be bad. Upsetting they wouldn't go beyound just checking a battery when someone has already experienced it dying on them and wasting their day to bring it in. There was clearly something wrong with they battery and wasn't our amignation. If it wasn't for me speaking with them, they would have sent my wife and daughter on their way to possibly by stranded again!

Nobody ever bothered to show me where all the controls in my new car were & how to reset the instrument panel. Nobody bothered to walk through the car when I took delivery of it 3 weeks later either. I had to read the owners manual & figure it out for myself. I've bought vehicles in the past & I know part of the delivery process is going through the vehicle. Also when I signed, I was never given an option to buy an extended warranty. Not good business on stingray part.

My truck. Has been in the shop for over a week . I was told they couldn't fix it until the end of this week because there we others ahead of me. I live in Lakeland - I drive right past Regal, if this is the way u treat a customer that bought two autos from you in a year I will keep my business in Lakeland!

This service department was outstanding. They performed a diagnostic test that another dealership failed to do. Stringray service department found and corrected the problem. They treated us great as they did the last time we were there. We have definitely recommended Stringray service department to others and will continue to do so. They treat you as the Golden Rule says, Treat others as you want to be treated' Also they are knowledgeable and very professional.
