Nicole was honestly fantastic. There were some unfortunate circumstances along the way that were out of her control but she communicated them with grace and empathy, even going so far as being willing to recommend us elsewhere if it meant doing what was best for the customer. In the end, we stuck with it and she went the extra mile to get us what we were looking for. Being able to do all paperwork remotely and have the Tahoe delivered to our house made it a hassle free experience.

Jared was on point. He had our repair done on a timely manner. Had to come back because a clamp wasn’t tight and the truck overheated. He had my husband come back to do an all around check to make sure everything was good. Even gave us a free oil change for our inconvenience. Happy customers for sure.

The service lady showed me my air filers and the were pretty filled up with dust and lint....she said the price was $132 and they lasted long but they really need to be changed out...I told her no because the price was way to high ....when I got home I look at them myself.....they were no where as dirty as the ones she showed me.....on my dash board my car computer told me they are still at 65% left on my air filters ....please tell me what is the truth and what is lying to me....is it the service lady, computer in my car or those were not my filters.....
