Jerry the service adviser was extremely unprofessional. We dropped off our truck before the scheduled appointment time at 9am, Jerry said he would call with an update...he never called. Service got me in and out perfect!! People upfront in sales inc manager at desk could smile and acknowledge your customers. Walked around and looked at cars in the showroom and the staff walked right by people didn’t say hello and didn’t smile. Maybe they need to know the 10 foot rule.

Service department stripped a lug stud and refused to give my car back unless I payed them to fix. Over charged for my tires had to go back next day and talk to the GM to get the money they over charged. Would not recommend going to Stingray Bartow!

I just purchased brand my new Equinox with Kenneth's help. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Bartow Stingray in the last 3 years with Kenneth's help. He's always helpful and very knowledgeable on all the steps to get deals done. Their folks in the service department are squared away too. That's why I only go there to service my vehicles.

Nobody bothered to call me after 5 hours for a 1 hour software update to let me know my vehicle was ready. I had to call to check the status. Nobody could find the paperwork or my keys when I tried picking it up. Different service rider directed me to wrong location to find my vehicle. Had to search all around to find my vehicle in front of a service garage bay.
Although everyone is friendly 2 hours for an oil change and rotation with an appointment is way too long. My time is valuable too and we all know it doesn’t take that long to do a oil change or a rotation.
Every thing was fast , efficient and friendly!

I came in to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my Equinox. I guess they were having some problems with their tire machine on Monday. Even though I didn’t get out of the dealership until 3:45 Jerry and everyone were so kind and apologetic. Jerry always goes out of his way to make you comfortable and to make things right.
I brought my 2021 C8 in for replacement of the left rear strut. When I went to pick up my car it was incredibly dirty!
My car is always garage kept and recently It was cleaned with clay bar and then coated with a ceramic protective coat. WQhgen I dropped off the car to you it was immaculate.
When I picked up my car from you when the repair had been completed about a week later my car was so dirty I could not see well enough out the front windshield to be able to drive safely.

Be Careful of the interest rates provided by the dealer. My initial contact was with one of the salesmen when I arrived and I knew what I wanted and he showed me the truck that had the features I liked. Saw a Tahoe we were interested in on their website. Inquired online and within an hour had received a call to assure us it was still available.
