Staff was very friendly and attentive. The mechanics worked fast. I came back to this dealership because they informed me I had to oil changes and tire rotations in the system and another dealership did not mention that and charged me for an oil change. Love the honesty.

I brought my Silverado in for a Transmission issue and it took 2 weeks to be "repaired". When it was finished, I picked it up and on the way home, the same problem occurred. When I wanted to bring it back 2 weeks later due to my being out of town, i was told that the tech was on vacation and had to wait a week. The Service Advisor, Mark, has no customer service skills at all and was rude on the phone. He was rude at times and acts like he hates his job. I have already spoken with the Service Dept Manager about this.

Was short on time when picked up and cashier got me put quickly. Didn't like having to pay $20 to have my tires rotated. When I had my Nissan, a 25 point check and tire rotation came with an oil change. I have no idea if my other fluids were checked.
