First of all we didn't need a car ,but the wife decided to look and Mike was great,he made the wife feel that she would be happy buying this car and he the time and patience to make everything smooth and comfortable, he's what made the deal for use to buy the car.during the process he never abandoned us to go do something else even when his part was done and he even stayed with us as we continued with the loan officer Jala for which I hope I got her name right ,the time we spent with her she was great also .both made a great team for a great experience that's why my wife drove home with her new car.
