Confirmed Service Customer
My visit started out a little rough. I got an older gentleman who was very unfriendly and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. I was the very first appointment of the day. Thankfully he turned me over to Amber.(I believe that was her name.). She was delightful. Thankfully the other guy said he had a doctors appt and wouldn’t be there long anyway so she needed to take over helping me. I am very thankful that happened because I had already decided to complain about him. But Amber was such a sweetheart and very willing to help me and turned the entire visit around. So thank you to her for making the experience wonderful!! See you for my next service!! Hopefully she will be there to assist me.
