We were highly satisfied with Nicole in the ordering and purchase of our new 2023 Chevy Silverado1500! From the start Nicole kept us informed about the truck's building and delivery status! We couldn't have asked for a more courteous, patient, knowledgeable and non pushy sales person! We want to also thank James (manager) for making the bottom line figures all work out at the end! Since our local dealers were inflating the cost of vehicles with 'market adjustments' and other unnecessary fees, we traveled 2 hrs to Stingray Bartow instead. They (Stingray) made us feel comfortable without feeling pressured and their friendly and no nonsense approach in dealing with customers was very welcoming. We highly recommend Stingray Bartow to anyone that's in the market for a vehicle and in the future we plan on buying our next vehicle from them as well. Keep up the great work Stingray Bartow!!
