James Monroe the service manager is amazing! I had a bad experience at Stingray in Plant city when I bought the vehicle in December of 2018, so I went to Bartow for my one free oil change back in March and had the pleasure of dealing with James. I expressed my frustrations and understood that was the sister company but I had a complete 360 degree experience here. On January 14,2020 I had an issue where my car didn���t want to start in the afternoon and it was completely dead which was crazy to me for only being a year old. I drove straight to Bartow and was fortunate enough to deal with James again. He and the guys got me right in and determined I had a bad cell in my battery. I���m so thankful to be able to go to this dealership and if it weren���t for them I probably wouldn���t deal with Stingray ever again. Thank you James and your team of awesomeness!
