Your employees are wonderful! Took my Camaro in for an oil change and to check on my torque converter. My service advisor has already left by the time I got my car. Another service advisor help me the best he could, he couldn’t find my paperwork then we he did I had an extra charge for a car wash when my service advisor said he would do it for free. The advisor did take the charge off but didn’t go over my service with me. My car is still hesitating and still having issues and will be call Stringray Bartow soon but my father in law just passed away. Very upset that my is still not fixed because fluids are only being change when the torque converter needs to be changed!
