i was disappointed that you now charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. I should have been informed of this new policy prior to arriving at my service appointment so I could arrange another form of payment. Both the fee and not telling people about ahead of time is bad for business. If not for that, you guys would have gotten 5 stars.

Was not happy with the condition vehicle was left. Vehicle came in with check engine light on and remote start not working and fuel mileage concern. Plastic and coffee cup with paper on floor board. Tire pressures could have been corrected since they were outside of recommendations.

From purchasing my vehicle to getting it serviced at this dealership has been an absolute terrible experience. From the unprofessionalism by the salesman to the loan officer to the miscommunication and incompetence of the service advisors and mechanics. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor even take my vehicle to get an oil change there ever again. I do not recommend and will let others know of my experience.

it's very hard to schedule an appointment, most calls to your service dept. go into a voice message and doesn't get returned. I have to continue to call in order to set up an appointment. I really like the people that work there, they are very friendly.
